About the Role

ProMach's Edson Packaging Machinery division, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead plant operations. Are you motivated by this work? You’ll oversee production scheduling, manage manufacturing activities, and coordinate supply‑chain processes to improve throughput, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This position will be onsite and based in Hamilton, Ontario.
Responsibilities include:
Promotes the overall vision and direction for the implementation of the internal operations.
Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve business performance.
Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary.
Hire, train, develop and engage employees both within the operations team and in the company.
