Operations Manager

Saman Image Innovators is franchisee of Snaohouss Canada, a leader in the Real Estate photography industry.

The operations manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of Saman. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business development
• Building relationships with Real Estate agents in the Greater Edmonton area as well as reaching out to Short term / vacation rental owners and selling Samoan's services.
• They will be responsible for:
  • All local digital marketing, including social media, facebook and google ad campaigns and email marketing / re-targeting campaigns.
  • Completing multiple Matterport photo shoots and floor plans daily
  • Managing the daily operations of Saman Recruiting, hiring and managing staff
  • Managing the company's cash flow and finances
• They will be the liaison between Snaphouss and Saman and will be responsible for upholding the franchisor standards
