They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant operations, drive performance, and ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. This role is critical to aligning people, processes, and output while supporting long-term operational excellence.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing activities, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with senior leadership to meet production, quality, cost, and safety objectives.
