 Our team in  Brampton  currently has an opening for a  Operations Manager East  
 
  YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Leads and inspires a high performing Operations Team that supports Brenntag’s Core Values and the Brenntag Way execution for business conduct and compliance;
 Contributes to the delivery of service excellence to both internal and external customer groups;
 Builds and maintains a positive work environment by actively driving employee initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement and satisfaction;
 Manages operational activities to meet inventory and customer demand requirements;
 Manages District Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) and/or other applicable programs;
 Ensures staff are appropriately trained in emergency response, health and safety, and in the minimization of environmental impacts of District operational activities;
