Known for its strong community roots and commitment to quality and sustainability, this operation is seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead equipment maintenance and shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment, including tractors, implements, and trucks
• Oversee day‑to‑day shop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on farm operational needs
• Supervise and support shop staff, including training equipment operators
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
