- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive industry standards.
- Build and develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within the automotive industry.
- Strong background in automotive sewing manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, KPI management, and operational excellence.
