Job Description
•The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
•Contribute effectively to guest experiences, manage all guest responses, organize guest meet ups, work with line team members to develop guest experiences, make operations smoother and easier.
•Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
•Work closely with Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams to enhance and optimize the overall performance of the hotel.
•Manage and optimize hotel budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue.
•Be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.
