JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations, resolves escalations, manages employee requests, and supports supervisors and team leads. The role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with QA and WFA, preparing reports, supporting client visits, ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining transparency in billing, and promoting continuous improvement through proactive communication and operational oversight.
