  JOB DESCRIPTION 
 Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate various department operations of Innovation Manufacturing to ensure the consistent production of products and services of the highest quality to meet or exceed customer satisfaction including scheduling shop work and communicating with customer service regarding customer work.
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Work directly with department coordinators to ensure their areas are running efficiently and they have the appropriate personnel and equipment to meet deadlines.
