This is a long-term role for someone who can bring structure, build processes from scratch, and take full ownership of operations in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. Our client is a modern Pay-Per-Call and CPA affiliate network operating in B2C service verticals across the U.S. We work quickly, communicate openly, and prioritize performance, transparency, and high-quality traffic.

What You Will Do

• Organize priorities, structure workflows, and turn the Founder's ideas into actionable project plans.
• Develop operational processes, including CRM setup, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and communication systems.
