About the Role
As Operations Manager – DAO Governance Lead, you'll own end-to-end DAO operations for Venus. Run proposals, votes, treasury deploys; boost participation 10x; execute VIPs flawlessly.
High-stakes: Your ops = protocol upgrades, incentives, partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- DAO Operations Mastery: Manage proposal lifecycle (temp checks → Snapshot → on-chain). Execute VIPs via multisig/timelocks; track quorum (600k XVS), execution delays.
- Treasury & Allocations: Oversee $40M+ XVS treasury – propose spends (incentives, grants, audits). Model yield strategies; report ROI to voters.
- Participation Engine: Gamify voting (bounties, leaderboards); delegate drives; host weekly AMAs/Spaces. 10x voter turnout.
- Governance Tooling: Maintain forum (community.venus.io), Snapshot, Tally. Build dashboards (Dune) for participation metrics.
