Operations Manager (3 month FTC)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a (Senior) Operations Manager who will work closely with both DEPT®’s internal teams and our client’s internal teams to integrate the Asana system with production workflows, designing a unified, scalable creative operating system end to end. The role involves building and implementing a unified operating system that connects the client’s Asana-based intake and prioritization with DEPT®’s production, resourcing and scope management, creating one seamless workflow from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure creation of high‑quality, scoped briefs, with a clean kickoff process across both client and DEPT®’s teams
• Templatize timelines based on project type to streamline project timeline creation
• Make Asana the control tower as the single intake and visibility layer
