Operations Leader
Location: Apodaca, N.L.
Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed customer(s) requirements by using in an efficient manner all the resources that report to him. (People & equipment)
- Achieve or exceed operational targets, such as scrap, OTD, productivity & quality, without exceeding the expected manufacturing costs.
- Response in a timely manner of any customer complaint or IAR issued to his area. He must lead a deep investigation for every complaint to detect root causes & avoid recurrence of the problems.
- Optimize the usage of overtime.
- Find ways, in conjunction with PLM, to increase margin of the account.
- Assure that the personnel that reports to him follow the guidelines & procedures requested by IS0 9000, TL 9000 & ISO 14000 systems.
- Reduce turnover within his team (hourly & non-hourly personnel).
