Operations Lead

Overview

The Head of Operations will oversee the company’s day-to-day operational ecosystem including:

• Juice production
• Smoothie pack preparation
• Procurement & supply chain
• Logistics & outlet restocking
• Retail operations coordination
• Event operational execution
• Team leadership and systems management

This person will act as the central operational leader of the company, ensuring all departments are aligned, prepared, and executing at a high standard.

You will work closely with the founder, retail manager, event leader, supervisors, and operations team to ensure smooth daily execution while preparing the company for future growth and expansion.
