Job Description:
Primary Focus: Daily operational health and prioritization
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily conversation performance and platform health using previous day’s data
• Own the conversation roadmap and backlog
• Prioritize changes based on business impact
• Manage live chat and BOT flows in NLX.AI and Netomi
• Coordinate with backend/platform teams for execution
• Approve releases and manage change control
• Maintain standards and documentation
