As Team Lead, Operations , you will support all operations‑related aspects of a specific Sephora store location. This includes direct management of all members of the operations team and regular support in staffing, overnight stock, operations leadership, and overall execution.

• Operate the store, ensuring all operations processes are completed per company standards.
• Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, cycle counting, and ensuring all processes meet company guidelines and timelines.
• Oversee visual merchandising, maintaining standards for in‑house and third‑party cleaning crews, and providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed.
• Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples.
