Duties and Responsibilities

The role of Operation Executive to provide direction, instructions and guidance to Team Leader, foster teamwork and engagement for the purpose of achieving every key performance index requirements. An effective leader to understand his / her team on strengths, weaknesses and motivations. Be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

• Oversee and support day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, schedules and related documents.
• Ensure all data, attendance and records are updated accurately and submitted on time.
