About the Role
Role Overview:
The Operations Executive will manage and coordinate logistics related to medical transfers, including airlines, hotels, medical teams, and ambulance services, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Medical transfer flight bookings and airline coordination
- Verification and management of critical documentation
- Hotel and accommodation arrangements
- Airport Medical Centre (AMC) coordination
- Ambulance booking (DCAS, where applicable)
- Coordination of return tickets for medical teams
- Monthly cost monitoring and reporting
- Administrative and office support
- Direct coordination for medical transfers and hospital assessments
