About the Role

 
  Purpose of the Job 
 As an Operations Executive in Aramex, you will ensure smooth operational flow and achieve customer satisfaction
 
  Job Description 
 Monitoring the operational KPIs and achieve the needed targets.
 Communicate with other teams for smooth processes flow.
 Solving the daily issues might take place with the teams on ground.
 Managing the team members and making sure all implementing the needed tasks.
 Generating the needed reports and making sure to apply the needed actions and follow up for any drop happening.
 
  Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
 Experience of 3 to 5 years
