Job Description:
- Generate driver wallet transaction reports
- Investigates driver wallet activities
- Set up, troubleshoot driver wallet issues
- Coordinate with internal finance to impose penalties, payment plans, collection activities if necessary
- Develop initiatives to optimize driver wallet functions
- Work with local finance to ensure compliance with local tax and other financial regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
- 1-3 year of exprience in driver operations or logistic operationss is preferred
- Intermediate MS excel and Google sheets skills
