We’re now looking for a collaborative and proactive Operations Engineer with experience of leading continuous improvement initiatives within across our manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise performance, lead change initiatives, and foster a culture of safety and wellbeing. Ideally you will have experience and or qualifications in Lean Six Sigma Key ResponsibilitiesAs Operations Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting ColorCote®’s manufacturing excellence.
