The Opportunity

As an Operations Division Manager - Supermarket, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and successful operation of a supermarket division within the Isetann Supermarket Stores located in Cubao, Sta. Mesa, Recto, and Carriedo. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Supermarket, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximising profitability across your assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple supermarket stores within your division, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed performance targets
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive sales growth
