About the Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a full‑time E‑commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage all customer queries, daily order dispatch, and Amazon logistics. This person will ensure that every Mindbrush customer gets a smooth, on‑time and warm experience, from first question to final delivery.
Customer Support (WhatsApp / Email / Instagram / Amazon)
- Respond to all customer queries (order status, product questions, issues) with a friendly and solution‑oriented tone.
- Handle Amazon customer messages and reviews: respond professionally, resolve problems, and escalate serious issues.
- Track common questions and share insights to improve FAQs, website copy, and product listings.
Order Processing & Daily Shipping
- Download and process daily orders from Shopify and Amazon.
