Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Developing new ways

to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day operations related to rental vehicles are run smoothly and efficiently, and support branch managers in that.
• Support in fleet planning and yielding strategies for high and low seasons.
• Ensure that vehicles are being used efficiently and turnaround requirements are met and report any delays.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of the branches, e.g., Utilization, walk-ins, incremental sales, costs per turnaround, etc. to identify high potentials.
• Coordinate in planning and dispatching the fleet for hourly, daily, and weekly between branches according to forecast demand.
