Job Purpose

Under the general supervision of the Manager, Operations Control, this position supports the overall coordination and management of the company's centralized dispatch function for all flights. This includes ensuring all activities foster excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of safety. This position ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day logistics requirements for all flight charters, resolving any issues that may arise and enacting quick turnaround contingency actions as required.
• Coordinate crew schedules with the appropriate personnel when irregular operations arise.
• Prepare and distribute daily trip packages and flight schedules.
