We are currently partnering with a well-established hire and services business to recruit an experienced Rental Coordinator to support a busy Perth branch on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coordinating people and equipment, and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service.
About the Role
As the Rental Coordinator, you will be the key link between customers, operations, drivers, operators, and the workshop team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating rental activity, ensuring equipment is scheduled correctly, jobs run smoothly, and customers are kept informed at every stage.
