About the Role

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Ocean / Air Export Operations:
provide operational support to Front-end team on daily task & activities.

Prepare and submit SI & VGM request on carrier portal. File AMS & ISF on Descartes website.

File AMS & ISF on the Descartes platform.

Update enterprise applications with complete and accurate shipment details.

Track and trace shipment loading plans and update status in the system.

Maintain Smartsheet data with high accuracy and timeliness.

Create export shipment files as per SOP in enterprise applications.
Ocean / Air Import Operations:

Manage Pre-alerts received from origin teams and validate them in TMF as per client SOP.
