About the Role

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end operational execution of field programs and client initiatives
Coordinate daily workflows, timelines, and operational deliverables
Maintain operational trackers, workback schedules, and execution dashboards
Support performance tracking, attendance management, and issue resolution
Coordinate procurement, shipping, and distribution of program materials and assets
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and readiness
Track operational costs, process invoices, update budget trackers, and support reconciliations
Prepare weekly operational reports and post-program summaries
Proactively flag risks, delays, resourcing gaps, or compliance issues and recommend solutions
Support process improvements, SOP maintenance, and operational best practices
