Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on coordination, working with ports and authorities, and ensuring smooth shipment movements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational activities, including incoming shipments, delivery arrangements, and stuffing/unstuffing operations.
• Coordinate equipment and logistics support for operational activities.
• Attend meetings and site visits when requested by customers.
• Track and monitor deliveries to customer sites across East Malaysia.
• Prepare Customs Form K1 via the SMK system and follow up on K1 paper processing at airports and seaports when required.
• Liaise with port authorities, contractors, and service providers for inward and outward vessel movements.
