About the Role

Operations Coordinator – Accommodation & Hospitality (Remote)


Sunday to Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) with a 30-minute break

Corporate Keys Group is an established accommodation provider specialising in fully furnished, self-contained apartments and boutique hotel stays throughout Melbourne.

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a reliable and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across housekeeping, maintenance, guest arrivals, and property administration.

This role suits someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage planning calendars and scheduling to ensure efficient property turnaround
  • Coordinate housekeeping cleans and resets with external contractors, and follow up on incomplete or unassigned tasks
