As an Operations Controller, you’ll be at the heart of daily bus operations—coordinating drivers, vehicles, and resources to keep our communities moving. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where every day is different. We need you to be very computer savvy with the MS- Word, Excel. You will receive training on our in house systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bus and driver movements for scheduled services, maintenance, fuelling, and operational needs
• Manage crew and vehicle changeovers, responding quickly to breakdowns, delays, and staffing changes
• Support frontline driving staff during both routine and emergency situations
• Monitor compliance with National Fatigue guidelines, regulations, and Enterprise Agreements
