About the Role
We are seeking an Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee HR and recruitment operations while driving client acquisition and business growth for our manpower supply services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR and recruitment operations, including hiring, training, and disciplinary matters
- Oversee manpower deployment and ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote company services and secure new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage service delivery to clients
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or outsourcing
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
