Operations & Business Development Manager

We are seeking an Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee HR and recruitment operations while driving client acquisition and business growth for our manpower supply services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR and recruitment operations, including hiring, training, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee manpower deployment and ensure compliance with labour regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote company services and secure new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage service delivery to clients

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or outsourcing
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
