Operations Associate

Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate with 4-7 years of experience in operations, logistics and/or supply chain to work closely with an Operations Manager on 1-4 client accounts at any given time. The ideal candidate is capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. This is a key role providing the ideal candidate with exposure to a diverse range of early stage brands with the opportunity to directly impact their success.

This is a remote, contract position.

Responsibilities

General list of responsibilities that will vary by client and will be clearly defined in each scope of work:

• Manage wholesale order fulfillment from PO receipt to delivery, and, if required, invoicing
• Coordinate with external partners such as comans, vendors & warehouses on projects & POs
• Sourcing, procurement, and delivery of raw materials to manufacturing/coman facilities
