What we are looking for

We are seeking an
Operations Associate
to work closely with the Founder on a wide range of execution-heavy and problem-solving work across the business.

This role is intentionally broad. You will support both hands-on execution and higher-level problem-solving, depending on what the business needs at any point in time. Some work will be structured and manual; other work will be open-ended and require you to figure things out with limited direction.
