Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong business management background and experience in construction fit-out and renovation projects.

This role will handle the operations and management side of construction projects, working closely with the Technical Head who oversees the technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure smooth project execution
• Handle project coordination, scheduling, and workflow management
• Monitor timelines, manpower, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with the Technical Head on project requirements and progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Prepare reports and provide operational updates to management
• Support overall business and construction operations
