About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will be part of an innovative cross-functional team working to transform the delivery of patient care services in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a dynamic role involves direct provider interactions to expand and maintain the HMO's network of physicians, hospitals, and clinics. You will develop and manage healthcare provider relationships, create and execute growth and retention strategies, and provide direct input into product feature improvements.
