JOB DETAILS
Were looking for a remote operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management and product listings on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Seller Support:
Manage inbound queries on all platforms (whatsapp/meta/calls)
Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers.
Identify issues with orders and resolve them.
Order Management:
Manage end to end order process: ensure timely dispatch, customer intimation, delivery coordination
Manage returns, refunds and exchanges
Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline
Product Listings:
Receive data from ops team in UAE and convert it into listings for the website which involves
basic picture editing (tools provided) through Canva,
