Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring
effective completion of all phases.
Deliver results by achieving key metrics associated with assigned tasks.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize
processes, including billing and hiring.
Maintain trackers for ongoing projects to monitor the progress and present
updates during weekly meetings.
Collaborate with the team to ensure content and creative designs meet
business requirements.
Manage the complete monthly payout process for coaches, including
