JOB DETAILS

We’re looking for a remote operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management and product listings on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Seller Support : Manage inbound queries on all platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, calls) and communicate on campaigns; keep track of conversations with customers; identify issues with orders and resolve them.
• Order Management : Manage end-to-end order process including timely dispatch, customer notification, and delivery coordination; manage returns, refunds and exchanges; collect feedback and feed into the company insights pipeline.
