Operations Associate (Checkatrade Express)

As our next Operations Associate (Checkatrade Express) , you’ll sit at the centre of how one of our fastest-growing products evolves - helping shape the experience for both customers and trades, and driving the next phase of growth.

You’ll be working on Checkatrade Express, a newer, high-growth part of the business focused on making it faster and easier for customers to book everyday home services. It’s early, it’s scaling quickly, and there’s a huge opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What you’ll actually spend your time on

• Owning key areas of supply health – making sure we have the right trades, in the right places, at the right time to meet growing demand
• Building frameworks and processes from scratch to support trade acquisition and quality as we scale
• Working across product, data and operations to turn ideas into live features and improvements on the platform
