**Operations Associate**

**What you will do:**

+ Provides manufacturing, product and process co-ordination support to the manufacturing line. In addition, coordinates and evaluates production training and trains trainers.
+ Responsible for ensuring the performance of an assigned team / work process. The role involves having ownership and accountability for personal and team-based performance metrics. This role involves working closely with the Operations Supervisors to reduce downtime and optimise performance to the production plan.
+ Ensuring the team performance meets KPIs on Safety, Quality and Productivity.
+ Provides active coaching and feedback to operators.
+ Actively manages production flow to optimise performance
+ Ensures Production Schedule is always followed.
+ Lead the Tier 1 Process
