Operations Assistant

Department: Operations Reporting to: Chief Operation Officer Location: Ukunda, Kwale County and will require occasional travel up and down the Kenyan Coast Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: The Operations Assistant will act as the right hand to the COO.The Operations Assistant will work on projects and tasks within each of the departments, with the guidance and mentorship of the COO. The role ensures effective, efficient, and compliant operations that support the companys goals of reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and improving quality across all six departments. The role will be continuously changing, requiring an adaptive mind who excels with many different diverse tasks.
