About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Invoice Creation & Distribution

  • Generate Sales Order invoices in AutoCount for insurance claims and distribute copies to all branches on the same day.
  • Prepare Cash Sales invoices via AutoCount and circulate them to branches for technicians to issue to customers.
  • Create Quotation invoices upon request from the Customer Service team.

2. Financial Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all invoices, payments, and related billing documentation.
  • Monitor and record daily sales totals, including the number of vehicles serviced per branch, in a shared Google Sheet.
  • Provide daily sales and service updates to the Telegram Customer Care Group for operational visibility.
  • Convert Sales Orders into Delivery Orders for insurance claim processing.
