About the Role

Overview
 Who you'll be working for 
 MNC Manufacturer
Product: Plastics 
 What requirements you'll need to be eligible 
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Manufacturing) or related field. 

5 to 8 years of experience in plastics manufacturing, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity. 
 What you'll be doing on the job 
Oversee daily production activities.

Ensure production output meets planned targets (OEE, yield, downtime control). 

Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, scrap rate, and process efficiency. 

Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. 

Lead and manage production supervisors, engineers, and operators. 

Plan manpower allocation to ensure optimal shift coverage. 

Conduct performance evaluation and develop team competency.
