Operations and Inventory Associate

Role Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Operations & Inventory Associate to manage the physical lifecycle of our inventory. Positioned below the SX Agent level, this role will directly support Pargo Point Technical Lead by taking ownership of the day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment tasksincluding stock management, picking and packing, supply maintenance, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring the best customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Stock & Inventory Management Receive, unpack, and log incoming stock deliveries. Organize and maintain the physical layout of the inventory space for maximum efficiency. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records. Flag low stock levels of products to Pargo Point Technical Lead in a timely manner. 2.
