Operations Analyst, Production Services

Job Description

As an Operations Analyst on the Production Services Team, you will be responsible for the monitoring and processing of batch/online applications across the multiple platforms that reside in the Ontario Computer Centre on a 7x24x365 basis using Zeke scheduler. These applications can reside in any one or multiple number of IBM z/OS mainframe environments. You will be actively involved in handling production problem situations and applying changes to the z/OS application environment.

What will you do?

• Monitor production batch job flows across all platforms (z/OS, VSE, HP, UNIX, Windows, ISeries) using ZEKE, MVS/ISPF for all processing environments (Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Investor & Treasury Services, US Wealth Management)
• Ensure problems are quickly identified through review of Zeke monitoring, inbound calls, emails or tickets while providing the highest possible level of production support and service to client...
