Operations Analyst

Role purpose

The Legal Operations Analyst role on the Global Capabilities Center Legal team will act as an extension of the United States Legal Operations team, providing support for a number of operational and administrative activities that do not require direct on‑site interaction. The role involves supporting the COO Legal function through the effective execution of legal operational processes, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and proper coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Outside Counsel (Law Firm) and Vendor Management.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of law firms, including updating relevant systems of record to reflect accurate status.
