Job Description

1. Customer Service & Coordination

2. Assist customers who bring in vehicles for service, repair, inspection or detailing.

3. Understand customer concerns and accurately document job orders or service requests.
4. Coordinate and schedule vehicle arrangements for car spa, tinting and paint protection film (PPF) services.
5. Provide timely updates to customers on job progress, cost estimates and job completion.
6. Conduct basic vehicle condition checks before and after service to ensure completeness and avoid disputes.

7. Vehicle Movement & Tracking

8. Track all vehicles from check-in to check-out with proper documentation and status updates.

9. Monitor daily vehicle movement in and out of the premises (i.e. showroom, workshop, car spa, tinting, detailing and delivery locations).
