Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 (depending on experience) + 6% performance bonus

Working location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid working (2 days in Office)

Job summary:

Join NHBC’s Risk and Compliance team in a high-impact Second Line role and build a strong foundation in operational and non-financial risk. As an Operational Risk Officer, you will work closely with senior risk leaders to provide effective oversight and constructive challenge to the business, supporting informed risk-taking and the consistent embedding of the Risk Management Framework across the First Line.
