Operational Resilience Testing Manager

Job Description

Team based in London is looking for Operational Reisilience Testin Manager who will join our talented Group Resilience.

Group Resilience is responsible for driving and delivering the banks resilience capabilities spanning operational resilience, operational continuity in resolution, technology resilience, business continuity management and crisis management across the bank.

We partner with our businesses and across both lines of defence to define and manage the banks most important business services.

The role holder will be responsible for scenario testing and vulnerability management practices for operational resilience, and partner and collaborate across the bank to grow the maturity of the group’s pan-bank scenario testing programme to enable scb to continue to assess risk and associated mitigation strategies along with being responsible for the end-to-end process for scenario testing.
